That is mostly because we operate on a pre-format system we built. When creating a new page, there is a pre-selection menu. Click "actor" and defualt templates appear for that page format and then the editor must input the images, season they are from and all relevant data to complete it.
I notice a lot of character pages (Makai Knights, for instance) have a Personality and Tools section above the History section. I believe we would be much better off if we moved the History section above that to make it more like RangerWiki where we learn of the character before his equipment. I did the one Tsunenori Aoki played in Yami as an example. Let me know what you think. Maybe even merge some of the tools and abilities into an Arsenal section.
Of course some of this may also mean updating preloads....
